The Bubbiana cottage has been adapted, enlarged and raised at the rear by an ancient structure typical of shepherds' stone houses.

The lower floor is composed, starting from entrance, of a welcoming anteroom space, a hall with stone walls and exposed wood beam ceilings with an external side wall wide window. The living room includes two large sofas, armchairs and a very special large table... The room can comfortably accommodate about fifteen seated people which makes it ideal, if required, for courses and seminars with presentation showing.

Adjacent and connected is the room with a corner fireplace in stone, with windows and further sofas.

The kitchen is spacious and has a wooden dining table with room for 8 people; if necessary, the table in the lounge seats up to ten. The kitchen also opens onto an outdoor space with barbecue area, not far from the gazebo for easy outdoor lunches or dinners in the mild season or in summer.

Downstairs there is an anteroom with services.

The uppeer floor is the sleeping area.. There are three bathrooms here, one of which has a bathtub. There are five bedrooms, three doubles and two singles.

One of the doubles can be made triple, and the two singles can be made doubles, in case of big events and residential courses or rentals for large groups.

The entire first floor has ceilings with exposed wooden beams, white walls and wooden furnishings of various shades;

We love to often change room accessories, curtains, paintings, ornaments, playing with colors and always giving Bubbiana new scenographies.

On the back of the bedrooms there is a large terrrace in terracotta tiles with a gazebo covered by a Virginia creeper, suitable for breakfast for an all-round good morning in the nature.
